Since tubeless tires have been perfected,  we have not experienced a flat tire on the trail in a few years. Tool works.  We Know you may not be proficient in repairing a flat in the wild.  You have all the tools you need.  There is always a good chance an experienced mountain biker will come along to help.

Is case of a broken chain, there is a Topeak Chain Tool

We also included a small pair of pliers.  This is useful if you need to remove the valve stem nut.  Those can be tight.  There are also knife blades within the pliers.
